KERSL Automation’s machine design section focuses on the design and fabrication of agri-machines for small-to-medium-scale processing plants to add value to raw materials.
Our target market is small and medium scale enterprises to help improve their processes and make them globally competitive.
KERSL Automation manufactures the following machines.
Fruit Washing Machine
KERSL Automaton’s fruit washing machines use the surfing type technology.
This design is highly efficient for spherical and oval fruits such as oranges and mangoes. It uses a high pressure pump to produce high pressure water to clean the fruits, making the fruits roll as they get rinsed by the bubbling/tumbling water.
After cleaning, the electrical power to the wire mesh elevator is turned on. This enables the fruits to move up the elevator onto the next machine (e.g., juice extractor, depending on how the process line is set up).
Mango Juice Extracting Machine
KERSL Automation’s mango juice extracting machine consists of a beater and a spiral fruit juicer to separate the juice from the rest (skin and seeds).
Our juice extractor is suitable not only for mangoes, but generally for the drupe class of fruits; that is, for simple fleshy fruits that usually contain a single seed, such as peach and apricot.
Additional performance specifications for the fruit juicer include:
- Made of stainless steel to meet quality food standards.
- Can work either in a juice production line or independently.
- Sleek and compact design.
Juice Pasteurizer
The Juice Pasteurizer is suitable for pasteurizing juices such as mango juice.
The goal of pasteurization is to keep the juice pasteurization temperature at a specific value for some time to destroy all bacteria, then cool the juice down before pumping or tapping it out. Our pasteurizer has an annulus surrounding in, through which cold water can flow to cool the juice.
The pasteurizer is normally connected to a chiller system. After heating the juice in the pasteurizer, the chiller is used to cool the juice by passing cold water through the annulus of the pasteurizer.
Industrial Fruit Dehydrator
A dehydrator removes water that allows the product (fruits, vegetables, meat, etc.) to go bad quickly. As a result, the product will last longer after dehydration.
KERSL Automation’s industrial food dehydrator works by using electric heaters and a constantly blowing fan to remove moisture from fruits such as sliced mangoes, resulting in more shelf-stable products.
The important thing is that while the moisture goes away, the flavor remains, so the dehydrated fruit remains great to taste.
